Smooth pulp of one sweet ripe mangoΒ
Thick curd - 1 Cup
Besan - 1heapedΒ tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Chilly powder - 1/4 tspΒ
Salt - 1/4 tspΒ
Sugar - 1/4 tspΒ
Asafoetida - 1 pinchΒ
#Β Blend all the ingredients until smooth using a spoon and keep aside .Β

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Broken red chillies - 2
Curry leaves - a fewΒ
# Heat oil in a kadai and add the seasoning ingredients one by one as listed above.

# Stir in the prepared mango - curdΒ mixture to the seasoning and cook for two minutes till the Mango Kadhi acquires a rich colour .Β
