Firstly, heat the oil on a medium-high flame. Fry garlic and ginger for a few seconds. Stir fry the chopped vegetables by stirring continuously for 3-4 mins. Next, add salt and pepper and stir again for about 2mins. Now, mix the soy sauce and spring onion greens then turn the stove off. Leave the stuffing for a while to cool down. Next, we will make the outer covering. Mix the all-purpose flour with salt now add a little water at a time to make a stiff dough. Let the dough rest for about 20 mins. Next, make small equal balls from the dough. The balls should be about 4-inch in diameter. After you put the stuffing in the center make the shape of the momos. Steam cook the momos for 6-8 mins and then serve them.
